Gourmet family picnics are prepared with the freshest ingredients and MUST be booked and paid online 3 days (subject to availability of photographer) in advance to secure your booking. Picnic spots are allocated depending on the weather and the number of people.

- Dates: Monday to Sunday
- Duration: 7 hours (Picnic spot allocated depending on weather and number of people strictly from 10h00 until 17h00)
- Minimum number of adults: One
- First adult (incl. Set-up fee) @ R1200.00
- Additional adults @ R250 per person
- Children (3-10 years) @ R150 per child

- Mini Session for couples and small families (based on 45mins)

Photoshoot T&C’s
- Once the booking time is confirmed, that is the final time. A E500 late fee will apply if we are over the allowed time by 15 minutes.
- It takes a couple of days to finalise the clients’ images. We will push to have the images out on the same day or within 24 hours.
- Fuel down to Benka included. – editing included.
- Overtime is available and will require a cash top-up (if I don’t have a subsequent booking).
- Images will be sent to Benka, via an online link, for distribution unless stated otherwise.
- I can quote separately for requested photoshoots that don’t fall into the Benka offerings.
